O Slipknot liberou os detalhes de seu novo álbum, a coletânea "Antennas to Hell", que será lançado em 23 de julho no Reino Unido e em 24 de julho nos Estados Unidos.

O álbum conta com os sucessos "Wait And Bleed", "Left Behind", "Duality", "People = Shit" e "Psychosocial", além de outras faixas dos quatro CDs da banda e também remixes e músicas ao vivo, um DVD com a apresentação no Download Festival de 2009, vídeos do grupo e notas sobre sua carreira.

Sobre a coletânea, o percussionista Shawn Crahan disse: "Eu acho que toda música que o Slipknot escreve é o maior sucesso, então foi difícil restringir a escolha de músicas, mas, ao mesmo tempo, são somente quatro álbuns e nós incluímos algumas músicas ao vivo. Tudo se encaixa da forma necessária".

O Slipknot também planeja o seu próprio festival, o Knotfest, que irá acontecer em 17 e 18 de agosto e conta com as presenças de Deftones, Lamb of God, Serj Tankian, entre outros. Leia mais aqui.
